To meet the Customers needs regarding the use of new Cad-Cam technologies, the implant libraries are available for every connection platform of the Oxy Implant system: screwed conical connection, internal and external hexagon.
They are prepared the way to be able to interact with the most common modelling software: Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings, Open Technologies and Imetric. The libraries allow to realise elements that work directly on the implant connection or on T-bases (Titanium and Cobalt-Chrome versions available) or, finally, on immediate loading bases.
The libraries also enable the prototype models designing: every their detail, such as the special housings intended for the digital analogues screwing, available in the Oxy Implant Catalogue, is easily determined in advance.
The digital impression acquisition occurs using the Scan Body that, in a single version for intraoral and laboratory scanning, represents the ideal tool to determine the precise spatial positioning of the implant. All this is possible due to the close production tolerance (maximum 5 microns) and to the material of which it is made of (Titanium opacified by sandblasting).
The cycle of the prosthetic components production with digital technologies is completed by means of partnership agreements with milling centres and concerns that use laser-melting technology.
