The PSK-MDK line contains all the strenghts of the previous Oxy Implant lines. Thanks to its design, the insertion phases are facilitated and it optimizes its primary stability. Furthermore, its morphology limits bone resorption in the crestal area and limits its micro-movements between the implant and abutment, preventing bacterial infiltration.
The PSK-MDK line offers two different narrow implant options: PSK MICRO NARROW – MDK MEDIO NARROW.
In addition, The PSK-MDK line offers three different solutions which different for each plant both for the coil pitch and for the type of performance obtained: PSK MICRO – MDK MEDIUM – PSK NORMO.

FIXO LINK
The PSK-MDK line allows all clinicians who do not want to change their work habits with a biphasic implant to have the distinctive features of the FIXO system.
By positioning the FIXO LINK with reduced disparallelisms, a two-phase system is transformed into a single-phase one, exploiting the FIXO advantages.
OXY CLAMP Package System
All the implants of the OXY Implant line are contained in a plastic tube sealed by a screw cap with safety ring, tested to guarantee sterility for 5 years. Sterilization is performed by irradiation with beta rays. | ||||
MOUNT FREE - OXY CLAMP SYSTEM: • implant and cover screw are placed in a plastic support with a titanium core • it allows to see implant and cover screw before opening the sterile tube and prevents implant movements for an easier extraction |

Prosthetic Components for Immediate Loading
ILS (Immediate Load System) includes all of the components that, in a safe and reliable way, allow a fast prosthetic rehabilitation thanks to the use of immediate loading technique. To this purpose, straight and angled bases are available to match a titanium temporary abutment, a cover for bonding or a castable abutment.

Surgical Instruments
All surgical instruments are designed and manufactured with the purpose to ensure their durability. This prerogative is achieved first of all thanks to the use of absolute quality raw materials. The production cycle is then consistently completed by finishing processes of last generation: for example, the most subject to wear devices are treated with Black Diamond coating (mechanical instruments) and Gold Titanium (manual) which guarantee higher surface hardness and wear resistance. The PSK line drills are graduated with laser markings that indicate the length of the implants. For the same purpose, they can also be provided with depth stoppers. Their morphology is cylindrical with a smaller diameter apical portion to provide a surgical site that closely follows the shape of the implant. The Black Diamond coating increases the cutting power, thereby reducing the bone heating and the wear of the drill. The torque ratchet (10-70 Ncm) completes the surgical equipment, totally made in the workshop of Oxy Implant, with circular head of size corresponding to that of the driver which equips the screwdrivers and the manual inserters. In this way it is possible to realise the prosthetic components tightening with controlled torque and the final insertion of the implant when the force developed by the motor system is not sufficient. |
SURGICAL KITThe Oxy Implant surgical kits are designed with the purpose to encourage the compactness of size and ease of use. The arrangement of the instruments and the colour coding that characterises them determines a logical and intuitive way of use during the successive steps of the intervention. To facilitate their maintaining, the boxes are made of autoclavable and autosanitising plastic. |
