In particular, clear aligner systems represent a valid aesthetic alternative for adult patients, although they present some biomechanical limitations in terms of predictability of tooth movement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective<\/strong>: To present a clinical case of orthodontic treatment with clear aligners in an adult patient, highlighting the digital planning, the biomechanical issues addressed, and the results obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clinical case<\/strong>: A 30-year-old patient with a <strong>Class I malocclusion<\/strong>, transverse contraction of the upper arch, and marked tooth rotations, particularly of tooth 3.5. The patient had previous partial orthodontic treatments and a suboptimal smile line. The treatment plan included the use of clear aligners with the goal of arch expansion, rotation correction, and improved smile aesthetics.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong>: This case demonstrates how, through careful digital planning and targeted management, it is possible to successfully address complex malocclusions and rotations in adult patients.
