This procedure involves the placement of a zygomatic implant on one side of the maxilla, anchoring it directly to the zygomatic bone, known for its high density and stability. The goal is to provide stable prosthetic support in compromised situations, maintaining a minimally invasive approach and reducing the need for extensive bone grafting.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The technique integrates effectively with digital planning and guided surgery, improving the precision of implant placement and reducing operating times. Preliminary clinical results show high predictability, with good implant success rates and satisfactory esthetic and functional outcomes.
