In recent years, attention has also been focused on peri-implant soft tissue and aesthetics, which are influenced by various factors including implant position, tissue quality, and emergence profile. To preserve tissue stability over time, it is crucial to reduce potential risks, such as the microgap between fixture and abutment, which can be avoided with the use of single-piece implants. Although the literature widely reports the advantages of these implants, data on full-arch rehabilitations using guided surgery are still limited.
