Her medical history was unremarkable. Physical examination revealed a fixed prosthetic restoration, a sinus tract at tooth 22, and post-surgical scarring. Radiographic examinations confirmed periapical lesions from previous apicectomies and retrograde fillings. The affected teeth were deemed unsalvageable.
