An anterior crossbite is present <strong>associated with dental and labial biprotrusion<\/strong>, with a space discrepancy in both arches. The anterior Bolton Index analysis was 81.1%, indicating the possibility of performing a lower level stripping.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The space requirement was <strong>quantified as 2.92 mm in the upper arch and 3.48 mm<\/strong> in the lower arch, necessary for the correction of dental protrusion and improvement of the labial profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The primary therapeutic objective is the resolution of the anterior reverse bite through alignment and incisal reentry, with attention to the aesthetic balance of the profile and occlusal functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-ac4d612f wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"btn btn-dark\" href=\"https:\/\/oxyimplant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/OxyAligner_TREATMENT-OF-THE-ANTERIOR-CROSSBITE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DOWNLOAD THE CLINICAL CASE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABSTRACT A 46-year-old female patient presented for an orthodontic examination requesting treatment for an underbite in the frontal region, which was causing an obvious aesthetic defect.
