Full arch rehabilitation with guided surgery and techno-polymer prosthesis

ABSTRACT

A 79-year-old patient, in good general health and suffering from complete mandibular edentulism, underwent full-arch rehabilitation using prosthetically guided implant surgery.

The treatment plan included the use of a customized surgical guide, obtained by replicating the patient’s existing removable prosthesis and transforming it into a radiological template with radiopaque markers. The integration of CBCT images with the Pcube multimaterial dismountable template system for prosthetically guided surgery allowed for precise planning of the procedure.

The surgery was performed using the Pcube, which is characterized by high stability, strength, and surgical accessibility. Six One-Piece Fixo implants were placed, completed with a fixed prosthesis made of a new complex polymer, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
