What is SprintRay?

SprintRay is a comprehensive dental 3D printing ecosystem designed specifically for dental use, aimed at simplifying and enhancing the digital workflow in dental practices.

It combines hardware, software, and optimized materials for clinical applications such as crowns, bridges, clear aligners, occlusal splints, and surgical models.

Technical Features

The SprintRay 3D Printer: Digital Innovation for Modern Dentistry

Micrometric Precision

SprintRay printers achieve an XY resolution of up to 35-95 μm (depending on the model) and a Z resolution of 20 μm, featuring patented optical technologies such as the Optical Panel and UV-A projectors ranging from 385 to 405 nm for intricate details.

Optimized Printing Speed

Systems like Pro S offer a printing speed of 7.62 cm/hour, with the possibility to double productivity thanks to STEM Tank™ vats that reduce downtime and special kits that print 6 crowns in 15 minutes.

Integrated Ecosystem

Includes cloud-based softwareautomatic washing systems (ProWash S with a full cycle in <10 minutes) and polymerizers (ProCure 2) for an end-to-end workflow.

Our solutions

Pro 2

Pro 2 is a next-generation dental 3D printer designed to deliver unparalleled precision and productivity. Thanks to its innovative Optical Panel technology and 385 nm UV-A light, it is the most advanced 3D printer SprintRay has ever built.

ProWash S

ProWash S is the ideal system for the automatic washing and drying of 3D-printed parts, ensuring safety in preparation for polymerization. The integrated double washing cycle and automatic drying system guarantee a hygienic, fast, and controlled process, optimizing workflow in the laboratory or dental office.

ProCure 2

ProCure 2 is the most advanced post-curing system, designed to optimize the mechanical and physical properties of 3D-printed parts. Thanks to pre-programmed profiles for every type of resin, it ensures the correct exposure to heat and light, guaranteeing consistent and long-lasting performance.

Midas

Midas is the latest innovation from SprintRay: it employs Digital Press Stereolithography, a patented-pending technology that replaces resin, tank, and build platform with a single Resin Capsule. Unlike other printers on the market, this innovation allows printing with high-load, high-viscosity dental resins.
