Post-extraction full arch with immediate loading and simultaneous CTG: 3-year follow-up

A 63-year-old female patient presented with pain and recurrent abscesses in the anterior region of the maxilla. Her medical history was unremarkable. Physical examination revealed a fixed prosthetic restoration, a sinus tract at tooth 22, and post-surgical scarring. Radiographic examinations confirmed periapical lesions from previous apicectomies and retrograde fillings. The affected teeth were deemed unsalvageable. A comprehensive digital assessment (intra/extraoral scans, CBCT, photographs) was performed to plan the placement of four One-Piece Fixo implants post-extraction with immediate loading.
