Single-toothed aesthetics: an innovative, fully digital approach to one-piece implants.

ABSTRACT

A 35-year-old male patient, ASA I and a nonsmoker, presented following a previous trauma involving avulsion of tooth 1.1, which occurred two months earlier. The patient expressed dissatisfaction with the emergency provisional Maryland restoration. Physical examination revealed a significant vestibular deficit in the soft tissues. The orthopantomography showed an apparently adequate vertical bone level in the traumatized area. In consultation with the patient, it was decided to proceed with an intraoral scan and a second-level radiographic examination, optimized for treatment planning.
